Staircase House: part of Heritage Open Days Heritage Open Days full programme of events

Delve into the past of Stockport's oldest Town House and discover how our ancestors lived from the 15th to the 20th century. It is home to one of only three surviving Jacobean Cage-newel staircases in the country. A barrier free, hands on historical journey back in time.

This enables you to visit Staircase House, Bramall Hall and Stockport’s Air Raid Shelters for one single price, saving you money on normal admission.
The Combined Ticket can be used during usual opening hours and is not time limited. However it cannot be used for entry into special events.
